A preinterview task and two rounds of face to face interviews. Lot of probing questions. Questions require replies from previous experience. Interviewers seemed to be happy with the replies but received feedback a week later that I was not selected.

2 stage interview, very approachable panel of 3. The second one seemed superfluous as the only difference was that an interviewer was replaced by a HR representative who asked all the same questions
