The hiring process at P2 Energy Solutions is rather intense. They are definitely looking for the best and brightest. The test they give you is very detailed. It felt like some kind of entrance exam for a college. There was a lot of math, word problems, then strange psychological questions. Some seemed obvious in order to pick out angry, aggressive, bitter people, but others not so much.
Once you pass, you do feel like you're in "the club." There are legacy hires that don't have to go through the process. Those are probably the people who are posting negative things on this site. It's hard when a company trims the fat and actually tries to make a profit, versus the old owners who were losing money on a regular basis.
