Every person has to do and pass their assessment test. Then you meet a bunch of people with prescribed questions that dont allow for much more than just rapid fire and short answers.

First a phone interview with the hiring manager, and the a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager. There was also a phone interview with an HR recruiter somewhere in the early stages. I then met with a couple of peers to the position, then a phone interview with the COO (now CEO -- it would've been in-person but she was out of town and they were trying to move things along. My final interview was in-person with the new SVP Marketing & Product Management.
