First, there were way too many tests (IQ, Personality, Corporate Fit, etc.) to even trying to get through the first gate. After I passed those tests, I got called for a telephone interview. The interview part wasn't too bad, just pretty standard HR screening interview. Then a couple of weeks later, I got called to the office to have an interview with the manager and a colleague. That was pretty standard too, your regular behavioral questions mixed with some technical questions.

Began with an online assessment of general knowledge, followed by a phone interview. I was then invited to a panel interview with 4 people, which lasted about an hour, followed by a one on one interview with an executive which lasted about 20 minutes.
