Apply online, then complete a 2 part IQ test. In-person interview including 2 interviewers. Process took about 3 weeks. This was actually the 2nd job I had applied for and gotten an interview for. I didn't think the interview process was difficult, the part with the IQ test was weird and pointless. Anyone can pass a multiple-choice test but they may be awful with their people skills or knowledge of industry. So I hope that one day they'll get rid of the testing section.
