The interview was conducted in an executive conference room. The CEO sat in briefly while I was interviewed by the Group Manager. The interview started with the typical question: "Tell me about yourself." I was then asked some basic questions about my technical knowledge that ranged from basic to advanced. I was given plenty of time to explain my answers. If I needed clarification, the interviewer was quick to narrow the question's focus. My interviewer is known as being "hard," but I did not find the questions out of line for the position I was seeking. The interviewer was friendly and encouraging. I especially appreciated that the CEO took the time to visit during the interview.
