The interview process with PAC was quite precarious. The position of Engineering Manager was extremely poorly defined on the company website which was echoed by every person who participated in the interview process having their own unique idea what the position entailed. Each interview participant demonstrated a different value structure for the company and the only thing everyone agreed upon was that PAC is a family owned company which values people who work lots of hours and remain in their respective positions for long periods of time. Since PAC is a family owned company, many members of the leadership group came to their positions by simply staying with the company. The near infamous quote which explained near incompetent individuals floating to lofty positions within the company was "we don't shoot our wounded"…evidently, they promote their wounded. This may be great for family, but it is no way good for a legitimate business.
