Interview
Applied online. An HR rep contacted me within a couple weeks of applying to ask a few simple behavioral questions and to schedule a time that I could come in for an in-person interview. The interview was panel style with a few managers present. They asked various questions about my background and knowledge of design and manufacturing processes.

Interview
Asked a series of basic questions nothing technical. Interviewers weren't intimidating. There were a panel of supervisors and they just want to get to know you. Since having an engineering degree is useless for this job they just fill seats with people they can relate to.
