Interview
2 interviews. Both were super easy. 1st one was just a pre phone screen with a recruiter to talk about the job and goals. 2nd interview with another higher up to discuss some more in-depth questions about you and some on job questions which were super easy..no way to mess up on them they want you to be honest. takes about a few days for them to follow up again with offer letter and now just waiting on background check

Interview
Security guard position that sponsored for a TS clearance. Responded to email that I was interested and set up an interview time. Mentioned that I was located in another state so couldn't attend in person and was told I'd be sent a Sparkhire link to do the interview remotely. By the agreed upon time no link was sent and I never received a response to my follow up emails about what happened regarding the interview. I sat there with a suit on only to be ghosted.
It is obvious to me that this was a bottom-feeding contracting company with a high turnover and no goals other than billing the government. Working for it could be of use as a stepping stone such as getting a clearance or those Antartica jobs they post, but I couldn't imagine making a career out of a company that operates this way.
