The process was pretty standard except for their fixation on their laptops. They wouldn't start the interview until they had lunched an application. They seemed to be recording it on their laptops without asking if they could. It was odd. Every time I answered a question they would look down at their screens and wait a few seconds before they would proceed. Maybe they were following a script. It was awkward.
