Interview
The interview process was lengthy. Took about 3 months, 2 phone screens, a set of 5 in-person interviews back-to-back, and 2 separate design tests--1 with a set of technical problems/challenges and another with 5 visual design asset creations.
Pretty slow to respond and lack of communication within the company between recruiting team and the team they are actually hiring for (who you are interviewing with)
