Interview
Phone Interview, another phone interview, then in flown in with a full day interview. It was good, relatively simple questions, and did about 5 separate interviews. There weren't any truly difficult technical questions, very basic common sense with applied thermodynamics knowledge.
Lengthy interview process, on-site visit, appropriate for the role however. Lunch was provided which was a plus. Overall team seemed okay, a bit smug if anything but that happens with engineers
