I recently had an interview, and unfortunately, It was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've encountered. The interviewer was extremely rude: first of all, he called the wrong number and sent me an email blaming me not answering his call. However I waited around the interview time but no one called in until I got that rude email from him. I confirmed again with the number I already provided very POLITELY, 2 minutes later he called in. Secondly, he refused to answer any of my questions stating he was from the HR department and couldn't provide ANY answers to the job. This lack of communication and unwillingness to engage left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a candidate.
It's disappointing to see this level of unprofessionalism in an interview process, and I hope the company takes steps to improve its approach to candidate engagement in the future.
