Very smooth and straightforward process. Received an email to schedule a 30-minute Teams interview with 3 members. Everyone was sweet, conversational, and responsive to my questions. About a week later, received a phone call to accept offer.

Basic behavioral questions but it definitely helps if you have a personal connection to PBS.
I had a quick phone screen interview, the recruiter asked basic behavioral questions and questions specific to the role. Nothing too challenging and questions could easily be prepared for beforehand
The interview process has a couple phone interviews and one in person interview. This was in 2019. The company clearly had me very far along in the process, and eventually ghosted me. I didn’t get a rejection until months later, when I had another job.

Was not about work experience per day, they asked me much more about my organization skills and ability dealing with Drive organization. What kind of college intern has experience organizing national organizations’ drives?
