Got a call from HR that I have been selected for the next round of interview will be meeting the territory manager and district manager so they interviewed in person asked my previous experience and few situation questions not that difficult easy to crack I can see they desperately need a person in that location

Three different stage interview 1. An automated interview in which your answers are video recorded 2. If selected, the HRM team will get in touch and have a chat. 3. Another interview by the territory manager where all the basic job descriptions and responsibilities are explained. 4. If selected, district manager interviews you and again goes through all the job responsibilities and description more deeper. 5. They will ask you to wait for a week to let you know, if selected the HRM team will contact you again and provide the offer letter

Initial interview then final interview. It was a good experience. The process is a bit slow though. It took almost 20 days to complete the full process of recruitment. But it was overall a good experience
