Interview
It was very casual. I was teamed up on.. there were 3 interviewers (District Manager, Regional Manager, and a Senior Manager) who asked very general questions that you expect to be in an interview. I later found out that a trainer had been planted in the store to see how I would go about a typical sale... She gave me pointers on what I could have done differently.

Do you have any banking experience?
How do you deal with stress?
Have you ever had sales targets in a previous job?
Are you comfortable approaching strangers and making conversation?
Go sell to that woman over there...
get called from hr after applying for 1 week. one time interview. ask basic question about sales and behavior question. If you have sales experience, this interview is easy. i got a called and offer after 2 days of the interview.
