It was a very quick start to get an interview and get hired. Their interview process is pretty basic. If you know just about anything Tech you are pretty much hired on the spot. Their biggest thing is "money is...." in a given timeframe you have to list off what money means to you. Good motivator but not everyone is money motivated. If you are not, this is definitely not he place for you.
