Interview
I applied online, mentioned my food service/customer service experience. Secured the interview through a few phone messages and conversations. I had the interview with the Deli Coordinator and a Deli PIC (Person in Charge), they asked me a few questions about my experience and what I thought was good customer service (typical stuff). After calling back a few days and asking for the Deli Coordinator, I was offered the job.

I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at PCC Community Markets
Interview
Process was long and arduous. I called management multiple times just to ask for my application to be reviewed, and then it took a week while to get any response. After my interview, I waited another couple weeks and finally received a rejection letter after calling for an update on my interview. After visiting the store a few more times and having a chat with a few of their employees, I think management is looking to hire only a certain type of person.
