I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PCC Community Markets (Kirkland, WA) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview was very easy. I was just asked why do I want to work at PCC. Then I got the job. This was a former SD so I expect that today's interviews have more questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PCC Community Markets (Bothell, WA) in Jan 2017
Interview
I applied online, answering questions and submitting my resume along with it. The very next day I got a call from a recruiter asking me if I wanted to schedule an appointment. We decided to meet at the store eating area. I ended up interviewing with the store director. It was very relaxed and easy going. There were customer service based questions, personal questions, and questions about my availability. At the end of the interview, she told me information about PCC and asked me if I had any questions. I asked when I should hear back, and she told me in about a week. I waited for a week and I got a call back and was offered the job!
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at PCC Community Markets (Seattle, WA) in May 2015
Interview
I met with someone at the corporate office and then at the store I would be working at which took about a week. It was a two step process but it was good that both the corporate staff person and store directors met with me to make sure I would fit both within the company and on the ground in the store.
