It's CDMO, very good to use and learn different techniques.
Molecules they makes it vary - small, lyo and Polymer base - & support QC when in need to do Method transfers, IPC and Release testing.

Explain How to perform Analytical Method development for small molecules ?
Online teams and then onsite meeting. There were 3 people who interviewed me. All of them highly qualified. And I met the team, saw the facilities and the department head. She was lovely.
Poor structure and feedback low wage and badly thought out it was a waste of annual leave to go to the interview - recommendation don’t go unless you like wasting your time!
