Overall the interview process was professional and well-organized, even though I ultimately wasn’t selected for the role. The process started with an initial recruiter screening focused on my background, project experience, and interest in the company. From there, I moved into a more technical interview with project management staff where we discussed construction experience, scheduling, coordination with subs, permits, and handling project challenges.
The interviewers were knowledgeable and asked practical, real-world questions related to project delivery, teamwork, and communication on complex commercial projects. I appreciated that the conversation felt conversational rather than overly rigid.
Communication throughout the process was generally clear, and I received a timely update once a decision was made. While it would have been helpful to get more specific feedback, the experience overall gave me a positive impression of the company’s professionalism and project standards.
