I applied through university. After a week I received an email regarding a video-Interview invitation for the next 48 hours. After 3 days that I received another invitation for a in-person interview which I did it thorough Skype.

Typical Questions such as: Why PCL? Why Construction? Previous co-op work terms or any work experience? Engineering software? Driver's Licence? Strength and weakness? What types of work environment? And behavioral questions.

Nice and causal. They were very warm and patient when there was a technology issue. Took around 40 minutes asked many common interview questions. Were curious to know what you do out of school and work and how you deal with situations/scenarios. Was not very conversational felt a bit rigid
Great interview experience with HR, I got to talk about my experiences and how they can contribute to my role, and I was asked my preference in location to work.

I got a call for an interview. Most of the questions were regular interview questions - behavioural and situation question. Use the opportunity to ask questions on day to day life and benefits of the co-op program there.
