Within a few days of my app a recruiter reached out to schedule the first interview. I met the people I would actually be working with, they were totally lost, 20 minuets late to the interview because they could not figure out how to work Microsoft Teams, and did not have any questions prepared for me. I led my own interview and impressed them enough that I was invited to a 2nd interview with some random lady in a totally different state that I would not actually be working with. At the end of the interview she said "you will definitely hear back from us" and that's when I knew I was not getting the job. And now after a month I haven't heard anything so they had the audacity to ghost after all this unprofessionalism. Ultimately they were so disorganized I am glad I did not get an offer so I won't be cleaning up their mess.
