Had two good interviews and a screening call with five different people at PCNA. Halfway through my third interview, the interviewer asked questions about a lack of a specific type of experience, which was surprising since none of the five other people I had spoken with had mentioned any missing experience. Plus, it was my third interview and I would not expect to make it that far if I was unqualified. Soon after, the interviewer appeared to go through the motions of conducting the interview, and a few days later I was told they were going with another candidate. It seems like a good company with good people, but there also seems to be some miscommunications between the staff.
