Started with contact from recruitment. A phone interview with a Real Estate Manager. Two days later, at Headquarters, a web-cam interview with the Real Estate Director (alone in a conference room facing a screen/camera), followed by an in person interview with another Real Estate Manager. Four days later, another web-cam interview (from home) with a Regional Partner. One week goes by with no contact. I follow up with the recruiter who promises to check with the hiring manager(s) and give me feedback the following day. Another week goes by with no contact. I follow up with the recruiter again, but this time I get no response. I understand being passed over for another candidate, but what's with recruiters not following up with people who took the time to attend multiple interviews over the course of several weeks?
