The interview process was pretty easy , I’ve gotten two interviews & they had me do a test as well. I’m not sure how long the interview process takes though .

I seriously have had it up to here with the questions I'm being asked at these interviews. The initial phone interview with the recruiter was fine, no issues there, but then I was asked the same exact questions at the in-person interview, along with other questions such as "what animal would you like to be?" As soon as they began asking me those simpleton questions, I got a sinking feeling. I'm a professional and an adult, and professional adults don't like being asked questions that sound tailored for preschool children, not only that, but these questions are not going to help you find the best candidate for the job. I am not a fake or dishonest person and they obviously wanted me to lie or make something up. Too bad. I've got other interviews for 17.00 and 18.00 an hour which are closer by to me. I'll never apply with Pacific Dental again. I really had high hopes for them since the recruiter seemed nice and the building looked good. But again, you can't go on appearances alone, just as canned questions and answers won't give you the best candidate either.
