The initial interview was a 30 minute call with the Recruiter. In addition to asking about me, I like that he covered... what it takes to be successful...the known challenges in this role...the timeline of decision.

Awesome. This interview contained 4 people. 4 different interviews. Great people. Great communication. It was complex but a great way to see who you will be working with both ways!

Super unpolished clearly didn’t bother even reading my resume. Then text to inquire but cut me off as I answered which confirmed by her answers resume wasn’t reviewed simply out of date information on career website. All the past praise from co workers that went to work for PDS not one still is with them. I reached out to them for feedback a realized the best thing that happened was this interview debacle.
