Overall a great interview experience and an impressive office. The team was very nice and knowledgeable. The issue hit when the offer was given and it was below the discussed salary expectations. I was then told that if I wanted the desired salary, I would have to achieve growth in half the amount of time as expected.... not the right tone to set from the start. I accepted an offer at another company who exceeded my salary expectations and saw the value I would provide.
