I received an email from the recruiter with a link to schedule an interview. I received an automated calendar confirmation, and the day and time of the interview the recruiter never called. I sent her an email with the confirmation and asked if she needed to reschedule and she never replied. Two weeks later I received a text message (automated) asking if I would like to interview. Again I replied and the recruiter never responded. Either she is overworked or overwhelmed or operates with bias and prejudice- or simply can’t take ownership for flaking and decided to ghost me repeatedly. Too bad the position is still open, but make sense she ignores qualified candidates.
