PDS Health interview questions

Very casual. Did not ask many professional questions, but neither interviewer did any Clinical Dentistry. Both came from Banking Profession. The company over anticipated the need in the market. They have over-expanded and are desperate for Dentists.

It was very easy going and very structured it really is very organized and seems to help allocate you where you can have more potential it also seemed to be structured so the pre-screen you if you want to work en a certain geographical area first, then comes the real interview by the recruiter then you must have an interview with the owner dentist of the practice the pair you with and a representative of the cooperative office.
