We believe this is inclusive of serving our community, team members, and most importantly our patients. When selecting applicants to join our dental family, our primary focus is finding team members with a passion to serve and give our patients the very best possible experience. We are saddened to hear that you felt your ethnicity played a part in not being chosen to join our team. I can assure you that is not the case as we have members of our staff of all races and ethnicities, and love the diversity they bring to our team. We believe that just as we hope to help every person who joins our team grow and learn, we know that we will learn so much from each of them as well.
