Interview process is pretty straight forward and simple. Applied online, got a call from HR, typical HR questions were asked and later time was scheduled for phone screen. Phone Screen: It was pretty easy. Hiring Manager (HM) gave some info about the company and the role and then asked resume specific questions like past experience and the expectation in the next role. After that he said he would like to meet me on site. On Site: There was a written test for about an hour that has some mathematical questions, some pattern related questions and then 1 database related question and 1 xml problem. After that I was interviewed by the HM and his boss. They were v.positive. You could tell from their body language that they were interviewing you to hire you and not to interrogate you and show you how poor you are. I liked the way they asked questions. Overall the whole process was simple and easy.
