PDX Director, Recruiting/Recruiter interview questions

The interview process is pretty quick and easy. You apply on-line, which takes less than 5 minutes, then the Recruiter will review your resume and if you meet the qualifications for the job, the Recruiter will email you to arrange a time to talk over the phone. If the phone screen goes well then the Recruiter will forward your resume ot the Hiring Manager for review. If the manager would like to interview you, the Recruiter will contact you to arrange for an in-person interview. After the in-person interview, the Recruiter will follow-up with either an offer or to let you know you will no longer be considered for that role.
