Completely unprofessional. first phone interview short for no reason, so I did skype interview a week later. I had received other job offers elsewhere, so I emailed them asking to speed up the hiring process. Would've been okay if she told me that she did not continue, but she didn't respond at all. Very inconsiderate and a sign of poor management
