Initial phone interview with the hiring manager, which was friendly and informal. Brought in for a round of in-person interviews with five different individuals. Experience was smooth, but challenging. Since the interview spanned over the lunch hour, they provided Potbelly sandwiches for lunch which was a nice touch. After the interview, the follow up communication was not forthcoming - only after repeatedly pressing did I discover that I was one of two final candidates, Eventually I was informed that the company was going with the other candidate.
