The process had three stages: a OA, Zoom screening, and final round. Every person I talked to was enthusiastic about the company. The final round was a super day that consisted of mock trading, data analysis, and word puzzles. Despite positive face-to-face interactions, HR took over a month and half to get back to me on my status.
