It was a series of phone calls and in person interviews. Met with nearly all senior people in the group. HR representative was very polished and professional. She called when she said she would call, she responded to all my questions by email very quickly. The whole process was very smooth.

The most challenging question is always, "tell me about a time that you failed." you hear it in almost every interview and it's probably too often dismissed. It's a question that if answered properly can really impress.
