Interview
There was a pseudo-phone interview where the interviewers were calling from a different room n the building and I had to do a mock customer call...a little odd. Then I had a standard interview with two supervisors.
Mostly behavioral, they asked me a lot of questions about previous customer service experience. They were very friendly. The interview was conducted over zoom. There were 2 interviewers. They asked me some situational questions about how I would deal with an unhappy customer/client.

Interview
Very basic, apart from standardized testing (typing, 10 key, etc.) the interviews were not very intimidating, questions seem to come from a template. Mid management seemed involved, but not skilled @ the interview process, it seemed like you just had to impress the person you were talking to & you were in. Very nice staff and friendly atmosphere.
