The process was pretty typical (a couple rounds of calls, fairly generic questions, friendly people), but everything moved extremely slowly. It was peak COVID, so I understand it being somewhat more complicated while everybody figured out how to do virtual interviews, but it was weeks between rounds, and several were rescheduled at the last minute.
