I applied online and it took two weeks to hear back. Phone Interview followed by a in person Interview. Met with two hiring managers then with human resources during the in person interview. I replied with an e-mail to all the interviewers thanking them for the experience; then I came back in person to hand deliver letters. They told me later that this was a deciding point, even when other candidates were more qualified.
