      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at PFP

      Interview

Beware of pursuing a role with this company as the intention behind some of their job posting are for them to get free ideas and resources. They obviously have some real roles but what they will do is screen you over the phone, then have you interview with a few people who will spend less time learning about you and more focused on picking your brain, then you are told their standard process is for you to provide a presentation on an assignment, then "shadow" for a day (i.e., free resource for the day). After that they became very distant and a few weeks three later they sent me out a very poorly formatted and impersonal email form letter saying I wasn't a good match and they selected someone whose background more closely aligned with their needs. Based on what they said they were looking for I was fully qualified and a solid match. Also I keep seeing the same position re-listed with an updated posted date so it makes me think that they were just fishing for ideas and/or not yet committed to intending to fill the role in the near future.
