It was extensive but easy. It started with I-9 paperwork. After that, there were three assessments and a mock call. Followong those were two interviews by two separate hiring managers. Then lastly you met the awesome Ms. Robin and If they like you you get a drug test!

It was the typical "Tell me about yourself" questions, etc.
The interviewer was direct, but really calm and laid back. I really enjoyed our conversation. He seemed to have liked my enthusiasm and the way that I answered the questions.

Pretty straight forward. Can you be on time, can you be nice to people on the phone. Have you ever missed work other than a planned vacation or sick? Trying to see if you are a reliable worker bascially.
