Interview
Meeting to describe job duties and company compensation, benefits. No real 'trick' questions, just use common sense as with any interview. Sell yourself and abilities. Show interest and knowledge of the company. It's whats expected from any company wanting to hire people with a good presentation, and ability to represent themselves and the company in a professional manner.

Question 1
Where have you worked before? What was your greatest contribution? What interested you in applying to P.L. Marketing? Any reason you can't commit for one year? Any problem with a background check or drug test?
Just a phone call to start off is the actual interview. If you get called back to meet at a store you are basically hired already. Just need to give your info like your insurance and I'd and stuff. Then you all talk about the job but that's it. You're hired.

Interview
Contacted by phone and met with manager at location. At the end of the interview I was told that I was her first choice and she would be getting back with me the next day . Two days later she told me that the former merchandiser wanted tor job . A couple days later the position was posted again . Very unprofessional. If you don’t want someone to work for you then have the courtesy to tell them .
