Interview
I applied mid-January and was contacted by an HR specialist mid-February. I had a phone screening just a few days after, but I was ghosted immediately after! The interviewer promised to get back to me within two weeks and never responded to my follow up email--I understand they're busy. Still, most companies usually send an email to reject you once you've at least spoken to an HR person.
Update: Rejected 2 months after the HR screening.
