Short interview with HR to discuss the basics - salary, company, position overview and a brief intro about the manager. Interview w/ the hiring manager was difficult she had an accent and had only been on the job for a year..The position was for a BA role but she stated they were trying to get away from that type of role (yes I know it doesn't make sense). The pay was really low - high 70's. They were doing some re-org i.e. people were let go. I found it interesting that neither wanted to discuss the true business...high interest loans to poor people. PLS - Payday Loan Services is trying to rebrand themselves but they are still a company who loans money to poor people with high interest.
