I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PLS Financial Services (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2012
Interview
You will interview with a store manager first. If the store manager feels as though you're a good candidate, then you will advance to the next level of the interview process which is an interview with the district manager (possibly two DMs at once). The questions are straight forward: what are your strengths/weaknesses, why do you want to work for PLS, etc.
The interview process was interesting because we had to go to a nearby location to talk. It was smooth. The interviewer asked the typical questions asked during an interview. Why do you want to work here etc
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PLS Financial Services (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2011
Interview
Applied online, got called in for an interview, had a one on one with DM, sent home with a code to take a test online. Once they got the results they called me the next day to come back into the office. They had me fill out form to release background information and another form to take to a drug testing facility. Took about two weeks for everything to come back, then they offered me the position.
