This organization is not professional enough to handle the senior candidates interviews. It takes at least 3-4 weeks to schedule an interview and update you about the next action. Recruiter always shows their frustration about the process. After giving an interview - I felt there is nothing called as a role in this company as everyone does everything. A couple of red flags - 1. Recruiter does not show a respect of your time 2. The process is all over the place 3. This place is not for a senior candidate 4. Everybody is expecting everything 5. Nobody knows the role and its expectation 6. Not trained enough to show their maturity towards a candidate Nobody should approach this company who has decent experience of more than 10 years
