I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PMG Digital Company (Fort Worth, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
After taking the first phone screen, I was sent a few personality tests to take to see if I would be a good fit at the company. I then had another phone call with someone in HR, however they forgot my call was scheduled (between 3-6) and didn't get back to me until the next day to set up another call. Ultimately I was asked to go into the office for an interview. I went through 3 rounds of interviews with panels of 3 people. They were amiable and wanted to get to know my background a little better. The whole process took around 2 hours. Then they didn't follow up for around a month so I went ahead and took a role at one of their competitors. Ultimately they did email me saying that they decided to go in a different direction.
