The interview process consisted of a phone screening and then an in person interview with more than 6 people. They were disorganized in the in-person interview. Some of them didn't know who I was and they had not prepared for the interview. They were late and acted like they were too busy to interview me. The interview itself was easy and the questions were pretty standard. I did not get a good vibe regarding their culture. I received conflicting answers from different employees to some of my questions which is a red flag to me. Seems that their mid level management has no idea what's going on and senior management is not doing a good job of working with their mid level managers.
