Very thorough - phone screen followed by a Skype call and F2F with the extended HR team. All in all, I did enjoy my conversations with each team member but the candidate experience of getting each meeting set up could've been executed better. The timing of getting one meeting set up took about 2 weeks, so needless to say, it was very drawn out and enough to make me lose interest towards the very end. I would think for a progressive agency in the DFW area that they would prioritize this role. The team made it abundantly clear too that they were seeking someone ASAP as it would be contributing to their overall growth, but that didn't reflect in the process as the energy levels were low and it didn't seem as if the team was at all interested.
